Naval Association of Physician Assistants (NAPA) – President-Elect Nominations 2021-2023


To the NAPA Community,


We are asking for nominations for the NAPA Board of Directors positions: President-Elect.


If you are motivated and would like to have a direct impact on our community, please nominate a colleague or yourself.

NAPA Board of Director Officers will serve for 2 years, starting 01JUL2021. (Note this election is for NAPA Chapter BOD position, not for the Affiliate NAPA East and NAPA West position.)


For those who are interested in running, please review the position description and qualifications below:



The President-Elect shall assist the President in the conducting of all meetings and assume any other duties as directed by the President. The President-Elect is expected to become involved with the affairs of the association so as to be ready to assume the post of President. The President-Elect should chair and/or coordinate future operations during their respective year of office.


All candidates for office must be Fellow Members in good standing of NAPA and AAPA.


Please send nominations for yourself or if you would like to nominate another member, please communicate with them and then send in their nomination. Please send an e-mail soliciting your nomination, brief motivational statement, and CV to LT Dorsey, 


Candidacy shall be announced by the Secretary and Chairman, NAPA Election Committee, LT Lesley Dorsey, no later than 15 June 2021. Once all candidates are identified, the NAPA website will be used for voting.
